11. Payment and Cancellation of Service

By subscribing to any Stockaivisor plan (excluding free trial periods), you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and authorize Stockaivisor to automatically charge your selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other supported options) based on the billing period you manually choose.

11.1. Billing & Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Stockaivisor offers an unlimited free trial, which is automatically renewed without any charge unless the user chooses to subscribe to a paid plan.
• Recurring Billing: Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
• Cancellation Responsibility: Users must cancel their Stockaivisor subscription directly via the Billing section in their account settings. Email requests are not considered valid cancellation requests.

11.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel before your current billing cycle ends, your subscription will remain active until the next due date.
• If no payment is received after the due date, your subscription will be stopped automatically.
• If auto-renewal fails for an annual plan, you may be switched to a monthly plan by default.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are only available for annual plans if requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Monthly plans
  • Upgrades to a higher-tier plan
  • Cancellations made on the same day as payment

Stockaivisor may use local payment processors in certain regions, but all payments will be processed and managed by Stockaivisor, regardless of the entity handling the transaction.

12. Force Majeure

Stockaivisor shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). These include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, or pandemics.
• Labor disputes, strikes, or supply chain failures affecting operations.
• War, invasion, insurrection, riots, or acts of terrorism.
• Government regulations, restrictions, or emergency directives.
• Telecommunications failures, power outages, or software malfunctions that affect service availability.
• Equipment failures, cyberattacks, or security breaches beyond Stockaivisor’s control.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Stockaivisor reserves the right to suspend or delay services without liability.
